- Pickup: 1387 West Kendall Road, Kendall NY 14476. Hours 7am–5pm (the only hours they publish). 585-953-9574.
- Typical $150 roundtrip within 15 miles of zip 14476. Farther than that, Max quotes. Customer pickup is fine with the right truck or trailer.
- Large machines: 8 hours of runtime per day included. Evening-before drop-off is how they try to work.
- Fuel: machines go out full and come back full. A convenience package (fuel/cleaning) exists — ask Max; the price isn't posted.
- Loss damage waiver is 8% of the rental (not delivery, fuel, or tax), $1,000 deductible, and is not insurance. Required on large equipment or bring proof of insurance. We don't collect the 8% or a card here.
- Bring a driver's license or photo ID and a card at pickup. You pay Max there — no payment through this site.
