What we collect
When you post a project we collect your name, phone number, email (if you give it), the job address/town, a description, and any photos you choose to add. When you request a rental, we collect similar contact and job details.
What we do with it
We share your project details with the local pro who covers your area, so they can answer you. We text and email you updates about your own project. We see every project so nothing falls through the cracks.
What we never do
We never sell your project as a lead. We don't sell, rent, or share your contact information with anyone outside the pro matched to your job. We make money only when the work actually gets done — not by selling your information to multiple contractors, and not by charging you to see a price.
Photos
Photos you upload are stored securely and used to help the crew scope your job. Location data (EXIF/GPS) embedded in photo files is stripped before any photo is shown publicly.

How long we keep things
We keep a project so you and the crew can see it later. We delete a record (mark it inactive) if you ask, or when we no longer need it. We do not sell it.
